Taking place every Monday at 8:30 P.M. CST on the AA5RO Repeater.

Net Consists of:

Amateur Radio Newsline™ is a free service to the amateur radio community.  We produce a weekly audio news bulletin called a “QST” or “bulletin of interest to radio amateurs” that is delivered by a downloadable MP3 audio file from our website and over an automated dial-in telephone line.  It operations are primarily supported by voluntary donations from individual amateurs and amateur radio clubs.

AARO General Check-in is a general check-ins by club officers and members, plus any visitors.This is a directed net open to all interested Amateurs. This net generally lasts about 50-60 minutes. your comments, queries, updates, and occasional items to buy, sell or trade. The check-in part usually starts at 9:00 P.M.   Join us!

We encourage hams to check in using ITU Phonetics to insure that you call sign is copied well.
