The San Antonio Traffic Jam is a group of Amateur Radio Operators in the San Antonio area that have a fun non-net controlled QSO’s on their way to and from work during the day on the Alamo Area Repeater Organization’s VHF/UHF repeater. Topics vary from day to day but all licensed Amateur Operators are always welcomed to join in.
Monday Evenings:
The Info Net on the 2-m repeater. We start with a rebroadcast of Amateur Radio News line and follow with check-ins for your comments, queries, updates, and occasional items to buy, sell or trade. Join us!

Slow Code Net (learn letters, punctuation, numbers, pro-signs) Monday evenings, following the Info Net, usually starting around 9:30 p.m.
Saturday Evenings
There is also the Night Owl Net on Saturdays at 10:30 p.m. local time. The subject matter might cover brain-storming an antenna solution, solving world problems, a trivia question or plain ol’ ratchet-jawing. The net has been known to last until the early morning hours on a many occasions.

Sunday Evenings
Quarter Century Wireless Association (QCWA) Chapter 38 weekly net at 8:30 p.m. The QCWA local net is open to all hams regardless of amount of years licensed so stop by and say “Hi”.
